Letting go

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to focus on letting go of things that aren’t serving us in order to welcome things that help us flourish. I just recently had a birthday and every new year of life I like to reflect back on my past year and analyze what was serving me and what wasn’t. When I pinpoint what didn‘t help with my growth, I think about ways that I can embrace change into my life that will benefit me in the long run. I am sharing with you all some questions for self analysis in order to look deeply within ourselves and really find what are we holding onto that is holding us back and what can we embrace instead. This could be people, places, things, thoughts, habits, ect. So take your time, grab a cup of tea, turn on some meditation or soothing music, and look deeply within yourself.
What does letting go mean to me?
What is currently holding me back from stepping fully into my power?
What is a negative thought that I repeat to myself?
Do I have any proof to support this thought?
What positive thought can I use instead?
What do I want to embrace into my life at this moment?
Do I have space to embrace something new if I’m holding onto old thought/habits/patterns?
How will my life change if I let go of something (people, places, things, thoughts, habits) that isn’t serving me and embrace something that helps me grow?
