12 Days to Christmas Self Care Challenge

This is the season of giving so give yourself the gift of self care! You can’t pour from an empty cup so join in on this 12 Days to Christmas self care challenge and always remember to put yourself at the top of your priority lis.
1.) Take 10 minutes to sit in silence or with meditation music and just breathe
2.) Get 15 minutes of movement-yoga, walking, jogging, bike riding, Pilates, hiit, dance
3.) Take an intentional shower and take your time in there. Visualize your worries and anxiety washing off your body.
4.) Write down 5 things you love about yourself
5.) Listen to a motivational podcast
7.) Buy yourself something you love-even if it’s $5 or $10 dollars. This is the season where we’re buying for everyone else, spend a little on yourself as well
8.) Take yourself out on a date, even if it’s to a coffee shop.
9.) Make yourself a delicious meal
10.) Watch a funny movie
11.) Make a list of 5 great things that are happening in your life right now
12.) Look at yourself in the mirror and affirm your worth out loud
