As the holidays are among us it’s super important to take care of ourselves. This time of the year may bring some negative emotions to some of us. Maybe we’re feeling overwhelmed due to spending time with family we haven’t seen in a while. Maybe we are missing someone in our family who used to make our holidays extra special. Maybe we’re feeling anxious if we are hosting family dinners. Maybe we feel sad that we don’t really have a family to have dinner with. Whatever the case is, just know that your feelings are valid and that you are worthy of self love and self care. Please check in with your emotions and carve out some much needed time to spend with yourself. I listed a few guided meditations for different states of mind.
